This song is an immersion in the waters of the cosmic womb. The Garden of the Soul.
The song whispers to the listener: Return to a place buried deep in your soul, that holds the seeds of renewal and transformations. Go there, and blossom those seeds that remember the sacredness of life. Go to the place of formation and transformation. Let us bring this place back home to earth.
This song echo's a 3rd century prayer: Shuv La'Makom which translates to "Return to the Place", If you have run away from the heart, return to the place".
This song was labored through the years 2019-2024.
The calling of this song is to re-create these healing spaces on Earth. We must create more places to be together, to contain and transform the grief of humanity, into a fruit that feeds life.
May all who listen to this song, find their way to return to the place of forgiveness, of growth, of rebirth after trauma.
May we merit the opportunity to know a lasting presence of Shekhina & Sakina in our communities and on this earth. About this Song:
For thousands of years, cultures around the world have used the moon to track time and mark sacred beginnings. Traditions across every continent align their calendars with the lunar cycle. Asian, Jewish, Islamic, and Hindu traditions all honor the New Moon as a threshold of renewal.
On the New Moon, we plant seeds—intentions that will grow and come into fullness by the light of the Full Moon.
This song was born from a personal devotion to tracking the moon, and from an encounter with a lesser-known monthly observance that takes place just before the New Moon, on the dark moon. It is called Yom Kippur Katan.
On this day, people enter a sacred pause of reflection, atonement, and realignment—a time to take accountability, to repair what has been broken, and to begin again.
At this moment in humanity’s evolution, we are being called to remember these ancient rhythms of renewal. We are being invited to restore practices of accountability, and to reimagine rituals that support both personal and collective healing.
This song is a prayer—a call to invite in the light, to illuminate our lives, and to honor the cycles of release, renewal, and return. It is an invitation to walk a path of peace.
Imagine what becomes possible when humanity remembers how to reset in this way.
May we each do our part to bring about the healing and transformation needed to renew our world—for the benefit of generations to come.
